Our main training ground for depth work. Crystal clear waters with visibility up to 30 meters. Sandy bottom perfect for line training and safety. Racha Yai offers consistent conditions year-round, making it ideal for all levels from beginners to advanced freedivers pursuing depth certifications.

Perfect for beginners and building water confidence. Shallow reefs teeming with tropical fish and vibrant coral gardens. Coral Island provides a gentle introduction to ocean freediving in a safe, easily accessible location. Ideal for trial sessions and first-time ocean dives.
